Federal COBRA Subsidy Employer Requirements… Are You Ready?

Under the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) the Biden administration has set aside $10 billion dollars for premium assistance subsidies to anyone participating, or eligible, for either COBRA or State Continuation. Under this law, there is a new set of requirements for employers, including additional notification to eligible employees. This new legislation impacts all employers subject to COBRA or State Continuation.
