New Resource for Clients

Parrott Insurance & Benefits proudly provides clients with a service package that includes various helpful resources at no extra cost. Effective September 2019, Parrott Insurance will be offering yet another new online resource to clients— HR360.

Parrott has partnered with HR360 to provide our clients with an award-winning online library that delivers comprehensive, easy-to-navigate human resources and benefits news, content, tools, forms, and training. HR360 supports businesses by helping them stay compliant.

The HR360 library will provide Parrott clients with access to the following features:

• Interactive, step-by-step guides that tell clients how to:

o Properly conduct performance reviews, interviews, hires, and terminations of employees.
o Implement major laws such as Health Care Reform ACA, COBRA, and FMLA.

• Fast, efficient online HR tools, such as:

o Job description builder
o Salary benchmarking tool
o Performance review builder
o Customizable employee handbook generator
o Total compensation statement builder
o Over 700 downloadable forms, checklists, posters, and model notices.

• Federal and state employment laws, labor laws, and compliance information.

• Benefits Compliance Calendar.

• Monthly HR and benefits newsletters.

Parrott has already created accounts for each of our clients. Active clients should be on the lookout for a “Welcome to HR360” email. This email will include the customized username and password for your new account, as well as a video to teach you how to navigate the HR library to find everything you need.
