Lexington, NC (May 24, 2024) – On Monday, Parrott Benefit Group welcomed Callie Sullivan to their Lexington office as a new Client Relationship Manager. In this position, she will be responsible for supporting group clients with employee enrollment and education, renewals and complex claims, compliance considerations, billing, and benefit questions.

Callie joins Parrott after dedicating 12 years of her career to Paychex Insurance Agency, where she served most recently as a Major Account Manager, providing clients with payroll solutions, DOL concerns, and tailored benefits that included medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance. She leverages strong skills in simplifying complex insurance rules and regulations for easier client comprehension and utilization.

Before moving to North Carolina this month, Callie lived in the Rochester, New York area. She also received her Associate degree in Liberal Studies from Monroe Community College.
