Parrott Welcomes Sarah Ramirez as CRM

Lexington, NC – May 2, 2022

Parrott Benefit Group, a leading provider of employee benefit solutions, announced that Sarah Ramirez has joined their team as a new Client Relationship Manager. In this role, Sarah will support the continuing growth of the organization and assist with an expanded portfolio of services for existing clients. Her addition further strengthens Parrott’s client-focused strategic priorities.

Ramirez, a multi-decade tenured professional, holds a bachelor’s degree from Erskine College and brings a deep knowledge of both benefits and customer service experience. She will join Parrott’s senior Client Relationship Managers, an elite team who work to provide the highest level of attention and client support through onsite enrollments, ongoing communication, compliance considerations, and claims management.
